Order Cancellation

- Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement.

- Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email to request a cancellation.
 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our fragrance products (body and home use), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

- tem arrived damaged during delivery

- Incorrect item received

- Item is defective or cannot be used
 

Steps to Request a Return:

1. Send us photo/video evidence within 3 days of receiving the product.

2. Our team will review and respond within 2 working days.

3. If approved, you may choose:

- A replacement item, or

- A full refund
